journal prompts for physical and emotional healing

Hello beautiful soul!

Healing can feel invasive, uncomfortable and is probably the last thing anyone wants to start.

But on the other side once you press through you will feel such a weight lifted off your shoulders.

To begin, look at where you are. How are you feeling? What has your life been like?

Take however long you need and write out everything you can.

What have you been holding onto? and why?

If you can write it out.

How would it feel to let that go? Do you believe that’s possible for you?

If you don’t, why?


Looking at your life, do you notice any patterns from your family?

Write out any similarities that you have.

Choose to keep what serves you and release what doesn’t.


You have the power within you to recreate your story.

You deserve to live freely.
