Don’t overthink it!

Journaling isn’t meant to be a chore, it’s here for you to help better understand who you are.

Journaling helps bing clarity, self love, and can completely transform your entire life. (like it did for me.)

Number one, begin asking yourself questions.

How are you feeling?

Are you happy where you are?

Do you believe there’s more in life for you?

What you are grateful for?

What are your dreams/ visions for yourself?

Do you have a self love practice?

Write out exactly how you feel daily.

Don’t judge yourself, ever!

Journaling is an amazing tool to hold yourself accountable and to have something to look back at.

Journaling can also feel overwhelming.

Bringing up how you feel can be challenging.

Change and healing are challenging.

But once you start, you will begin to experience live the way you were created to be.
