Hello Beautiful Souls!

No matter what kind of childhood you had, healing still has to happen. Words and emotions make an impact! When we hold them all in they turn into something deeper later on in life.

With that all being said… Let’s start this process!

RELEASING CHILDHOOD PATTERNS

What patterns do you notice in your family? Look at every area, we have 8.( physical, mental, social, financial, vocation, family, spiritual, passion/hobby.)

Go through each family member individually. Notice how they have made you feel and what they have passed on to you.

Go in detail with health and relationships as well.

What are you choosing to keep?

What are you choosing to release?

(When you are releasing, come from a place of love and gratitude!)

Forgive your parents or who raised you.

See them from a place of love, and know that they did the best they could.

When we hold on to anger or resentment the only person we are hurting in ourselves.

Remember, healing your childhood doesn’t mean anything bad.

Every single soul should heal their own childhood, because then you are taking your life into your own hands.

You are determining your own beliefs and you are able to release any emotions that you may not realize you are still holding onto.
