How often do you check in with yourself? and I don’t just mean check in on how “successful” you are. I mean checking in mind body and SOUL.

M I N D

How am I feeling mentally?

Am I putting myself first?

Do I feel burnt out? If so, how can I allow myself time?

B O D Y

How am I feeling physically?

How do I feel about my body?

Do I take time to take care of my physical body in a way that feels GOOD?

S O U L

Do I feel in tune with myself?

Am I connecting with my higher power?

Do I give myself time daily to get grounded?

Taking the time to check in with yourself is everything.

Remember, putting yourself first isn’t selfish! If you want to live a good life and give to others you have to give to you first.
