The universe speaks to us in so many ways. Using the body is just one way to better understand yourself and how to live an EMpowered Life.

Everything that happens to your body can be decoded and can help you live your best life.
Please note/ the universe never does this to hurt us or punish us! This isn’t meant to be overwhelming, it’s meant to give you power and control of how you are feeling.
Now onto what energy anger holds and what it is communicating to you//
Anger holds a lot of power and remains in the body until we release it.
Why does anger show up?
Anger shows up and is in our life when we don’t fully express ourselves or know how to.
It is SO NORMAL.
Everything in our life is always happening for us, including anger.
Tune into how anger can help you heal and evolve.
Ways to release anger//
- Release the judgement– Judgement towards yourself and how you think you should feel. There is no right or wrong way to feel.
- SELF LOVE. Self love is everything and the more you hold love for yourself the less anger will be present for you.
- UNDERSTANDING. Understand why the feeling of anger is coming up in your life.
- Ask yourself, if feeling anger feels good. As simple as that sounds, sometimes when you ask yourself questions it brings up more of the why.
- What do you wish would happen? Do you wish something else would happen? Or do you regret anything?
- How can you look at anger with loving eyes? When you feel angry or anger towards someone, take it back and ask yourself how can you look at yourself and them with more love?
- Do you believe everything happens for a reason?
- If you could be feeling or experiencing anything what would it be?
- How can I forgive myself?
