My EMpowered Morning Routine

Hello beautiful soul!!

I am obsessed with my morning routine and often get asked what I do SO I created this post for you!

How you start your day is everything! It doesn’t have to be anything crazy, you want it to be something you truly LOVE and you can look forward to.

Here is my morning routine!

Take what feels good to you!

  1. Mindset// right away I grab my phone and do a gratitude list and manifestation list. I have them all ready to go in my notes section. ( I don’t check anything else on my phone.)
  2. Set up// Set yourself up for the day. I make my bed and clear my space.
  3. Movement// I love working out first thing in the morning. It leaves me feeling so energized and ready for the day.
  4. Fuel// I always start with warm lemon water followed by celery juice about 15 minutes after!
  5. Meditation// I do a few things here but mostly I check in with how my body is feeling and connect above and below to my source. ( Source is a placeholder for your belief system.)
  6. Journal// This is my time to release anything I’m holding onto and get clear!

Then I am ready for the day, feeling so good and ready to crush it.

Again, this may seem like a lot but to me it’s perfect.

Create a morning routine that makes you feel like your highest self every single day!!
