How to get out of a funk

We all have those days where we just can’t seem to shake it, right? There’s always the question around it, Do you sit in it? or Do you just ignore it?

When you are in a funk, it is so important to know it’s happening for a reason. It is coming up to show you what needs to be released/healed.

Tip number 1GET REAL AND CLEAR / Ask yourself why you are feeling this way. Is there something you are ignoring? Are you pushing things off? Are you in alignment? Deep down are you questioning everything? Are you barely getting by and your body is trying to speak to you? ( I highly recommend you to journal all this out!)

Tip number 2- RELEASE WITH EASE / The reason why I said with ease is to give yourself grace. Acknowledge what is coming up without being hard on yourself. After you have journaled, release by setting the intention to release anything that is no longer serving you.

Tip number 3- TAKE ACTION / Now you have journaled and released, now it’s time to put in the work. What ever came up for you while journaling- how can you now make changes in your life?

Journaling and releasing the energy are AMAZING tools but until you take action, they wont work 100%. That’s why all 3 tips are so importantly and work incredible together.
