When you lose your passion or are shifting into something different.. here are the main things to focus on.
Number one. Know that this is normal!
TOTALLY NORMAL. That’s what I wish I knew, which is why I am sharing this.
The most important thing to do is, BE.
Notice what you love or don’t love.
Don’t be scared to ask for help.
You don’t have to have everything all together all the time.
Number two. Trust that everything is happening for you.
This is a concept I never really leaned fully into.
But it is so true.
When you begin to understand that everything in life is always a learning opportunity to become the best version we can be, everything starts to feel better.
You can start to see life through a different lens.
When it comes to losing your passion, trust that you are being directed to your purpose. Trust me! When I lost my passion, I lost all trust in myself and the universe. I felt SO confused and angry. All very normal and valid feelings. When I shifted my mindset I was able to see clearly that my losing my passion brought me to my souls purpose.
I know it’s not easy, but it gets better.
number three. Notice what comes next. ( start journaling)
Even the small things, Everything matters.
This step is a bit advanced, BUT once you started to see the balance in life everything changes for you.
Try this out :
In your journal, first write out everything that you think went “bad”.
next write out what good things came with it. (this works with everything!)
you are not alone in this.
