I am writing a how to journal blog, BECAUSE journaling is an incredible tool to grow and better understand yourself.
When you are starting your personal development journey, it can feel overwhelming and I want to take all the confusion out!
Easy ways to start journaling-
- Write what you are grateful for, 5-10 things!
- Write what you love about yourself, 5 things!
- What impact do you want to make? (today and everyday)
- At night, little recap of what felt good and what didn’t.
- Write how you can show yourself more love. ( being more mindful, treating yourself. etc.)
I highly recommend taking one or two of those prompts and doing them everyday! Start to make it a routine for you.
journaling is something I always talk about because it changed my life, and I know it could change yours.
